Off Eden Road—Third building on the left
From Route 30, take exit for Oregon Pike north. Drive one-tenth of a mile north on Oregon Pike to intersection at Eden Road. Go right on Eden Road (Sheetz gas station), past The Best Western Hotel/Eden Resort, drive a half-mile to intersection of Crooked Oak Drive and turn right, LNSA office complex is the third building on left. Main entrance is on the upper level of the parking lot near the American flag.
The Center for Spine Care
The Center for Spine Care is located in Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates’ main office on the lower level. For directions to the Center for Spine Care, follow the above directions for our main office, but use the lower entrance (entrance with blue canopy). After going through the entrance proceed straight down the hallway through the door to the Center for Spine Care lobby.
Physical Therapy
Our Physical Therapy offices are located in Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates’ main office on the lower level. For directions to Physical Therapy, follow the above directions for our main office, but use the lower entrance (entrance with blue canopy). After going through the entrance proceed straight down the hallway through the door to the Physical Therapy lobby.
