Our Lebanon office is located in the rear of the multi-physician office building at 1510 Cornwall Road.
From 72 North (Lancaster). Make a right on to Tuck Street, at United Methodist Church / Shopping Center. At stop sign - office is diagonally across the street to your right. Make a right onto Cornwall Road and an immediate left into parking lot (Dr. Albert Alley’s). Follow driveway to rear entrance of the building. Enter Lancaster NeuroScience through double doors.
From 72 South (Lebanon). Just past the Bowling Alley, make a left onto Tuck Street, at United Methodist Church. At stop sign - office is diagonally across the street to your right. Make a right onto Cornwall Road and an immediate left into parking lot (Dr. Albert Alley’s). Follow driveway to rear entrance of the building. Enter Lancaster NeuroScience through double doors.
